Please join us for welcome drinks and dessert at a local wine bar conveniently located down the street from the Royal Sun and V Capri Hotels.

SATURDAY 10.24

HOTEL SHUTTLE DEPARTURES
The Ace ~ V Capri ~ Royal Sun

2:00PM - 3:00PM
Our venue is tucked away in the desert so
shuttles will take guests to and from The Ruin. Shuttles will arrive at the designated hotels by 2:00PM and will depart shortly after so please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure a timely departure. Your journey into the desert will take approximately 45 minutes along one of our favorite scenic routes.

CEREMONY & RECEPTION
The Ruin

3:30PM - 10:00PM
Our ceremony will begin at 3:30PM with a cocktail hour and reception to follow.

RIDE HOME
The Ace ~ V Capri ~ Royal Sun

10:00PM - 11:00PM
The party continues on the shuttle ride back to our designated hotels!
